Our Dried Bhut Jolokia Chillies are extremely hot with a distinct fruity character. Rehydrate, chop, crush or grind into powder, then add a small amount to your favourite recipes for serious heat and fruity depth.

These superhot chillies are grown, harvested and carefully dried here on our farm in Devon, helping to preserve their vibrant colour and intense flavour.

We recommend taking precautions when handling them: avoid contact with eyes, wear gloves at all times when handling and wear a dust/vapour mask if you are grinding or rehydrating and reducing to a paste.
