If you love Hot Chillies you'll love this sauce, just go steady when you try it until you know how much you need to reach the perfect heat. This extremely hot and fruity sauce is made with just fresh Ghost chillies, spirit vinegar and salt. The Ghost chilli has been measured at just over 1 million on the Scoville Heat Unit scale. If you still want something hotter have a look at the Scorpion and the Reaper sauces in this range. Heat Rating: 10/10 (350,000-500,000 Scoville Heat Units) Container: 50ml glass bottle with tamper-evident seal.

Very nice
We’ve bought the trio of Reaper, Scorpion and this one, Ghost, for a few years and always thought they were a step above supermarket alternatives. Sadly, no longer. The ones we’ve bought most recently are in some way watered down and a real disappointment. They used to last twice as long as they do now. To be fair, the flavour is still there, but you need three times as much for the same effect.
Being a chilli lover but not quite a chilli head, I went and bought three of the SDCF’s sauces (Ghost, Scorpion and Reaper) to help up my chilli game.
Obviously started here with the Ghost and from the get go even when adding a few drops to fried chicken and burgers I could initially taste a hint of fruit before the heat hit, the heat stayed on the tongue and lips, I never really felt it anywhere else.
5th day of upping the quantity I’ve just had 2 teaspoons full no problem looking forward to starting the Scorpion bottle soon 🌶🌶🌶❤️
I like heat and this is in another dimension. Brilliant!
