A very popular Chinese variety that originates from the mountains of Leigongshan (Mountain of Thunder) in Guizhou which is a mountainous province in southwest China. These plants produces the longest variety of chillies we can find with some pods growing as long as 35 to 40cm. The pods can be easily dried and added to home-made crispy chilli oil.
