This is the original wild Mexican chilli from which most modern chillies originate. The plant has delicate stems with very fine leaves. The hot fruits are tiny globes (7-8mm diameter) which appear late in the season.

Harvest: Pick when the fruits have reached their maximum size. Fruits ripen from green to red.

Size: Plants can grow quite tall over 1.5m and will require support.

Packaging & Shipping Information

Plants are sent in 1Ltr (13cm) pots. Each plant is securely packaged in a recyclable cardboard box. The pot is wrapped in a biodegradable plastic bag to prevent any moisture from damaging the cardboard box any soil from falling out.

Each plant is hand selected by our horticulturists and carefully packaged. The box is marked with a way up sticker to notify the courier and handlers that it contains live plant material and that it should be handled with care.
