A smoked sweet paprika produced in the La Vera valley in Spain. This smoked version has a rich and deep smoky aroma and flavour.

This paprika is sweet as opposed to hotter versions and goes well with light dishes such as with fish or chicken. Try stirring into cous cous to add a sweet earthy and warming aroma.
