Add a versatile chilli with a gentle kick to your garden with a Hungarian Hot Wax chilli seedling. This popular variety produces long, tapered fruits that start pale yellow and mature through orange to vibrant red. With a medium heat and fresh, slightly sweet flavour, Hungarian Hot Wax is a fantastic all-rounder for everyday cooking.

The productive plants are well suited to pots, containers, greenhouses and warm, sheltered outdoor positions. The fruits can be harvested young and pale for a milder flavour or left to mature for greater sweetness and heat.

This plant is amazingly prolific and very easy to grow! Crisp, fleshy fruits are up to 11cm in length with a mild heat.

Pot Plant Packaging

Plants are sent in 1Ltr (13cm) pots. Each plant is securely packaged in a recyclable cardboard box. The pot is wrapped in a biodegradable plastic bag to prevent any moisture from damaging the cardboard box any soil from falling out.

Each plant is hand selected by our horticulturists and carefully packaged. The box is marked with a way up sticker to notify the courier and handlers that it contains live plant material and that it should be handled with care.
