This extremely hot and fruity sauce is made with a mixture of our top 3 fresh green superhot chillies, combined with a zing of lime and notes of coriander and ginger. 

Ghost, Scorpion & Reaper chillies have all been measured over 1 million on the Scoville Heat Unit scale.
