Prik Chi Faa chillies are similar to a Cayenne chilli, although slightly thicker and medium hot. Native to Thailand these peppers can be used green or red and are a great source of early season heat. Chop them into curries or Thai dishes.

Storage
Fresh chillies keep for a couple of weeks in the fridge. All chillies freeze well and slicing and pickling is another way to preserve chillies.
