If you would like to sample some of the NuMex chillies we have, or just need a mixed bag of heats and flavours, try this collection. Great for making chilli chutney, pickles or just cooking down into your favourite dishes!

In the pack will be a mixure of seasonal NuMex chillies, we pick whatever is looking at its best but as it's a Lucky Dip, the chillies vary from pack to pack and we can't give you exact names and descriptions of the chillies!

Storage

Fresh chillies keep for a couple of weeks in the fridge. All chillies freeze well and slicing and pickling is another way to preserve chillies.
