Storage

Fresh chillies keep for a couple of weeks in the fridge. All chillies freeze well and slicing and pickling is another way to preserve chillies.

Lovely idea

Love this great to experience different chilli's but would be nice to know what you are using and the scoville level when cooking but this is also the fun. Cutting and tasting the chilli's is part of the fun

Chilli perfection

I have just started to make my own chilli sauce and I wanted a different variety of chillies as the ones in the local supermarkets are boring so I bought the lucky dip from SDCF and the variety I got was out of this world I would highly recommend this for anyone and everyone I will definitely be using them again
