Information
In the pack will be a mixture of seasonal chillies, we pick whatever is looking at its best but as it's a Lucky Dip, the chillies vary from pack to pack and we can't give you names and descriptions of the chillies - it could be anything from our entire crop, from mild to super hot.

Storage
Fresh chillies keep for a couple of weeks in the fridge. All chillies freeze well and slicing and pickling is another way to preserve chillies.

As a committed chilli addict, I bought a kilo of lucky dip to get me through the winter - I freeze fresh chillies and then use them as needed either raw in sandwiches and the like or in cooking and it works really well. So I was delighted when my parcel turned up - the fruits themselves were almost uniformly ultra fresh (like they had been picked that day - means they freeze much better) and so beautiful even to look at - just the colours and shapes of these pristine gems of nature were a thing to behold. I've so far tried about 8 varieties, some I've not had before and they've all been amazing - hugely variant in both spice level and flavour, a really delightful mix. Hugely impressed and very grateful to the farm, thank you.
