Fresh Indian Bullet Chillies (10 fruits)

A useful culinary chilli that comes from Asia. Similar to the Facing Heaven chilli, it is used widely in curry dishes with a fruity and slightly smoky flavour. The fruits have a good amount of heat for stir fries, stews and soups.

Storage

Fresh chillies keep for a couple of weeks in the fridge. All chillies freeze well and slicing and pickling is another way to preserve chillies.
