Extreme Chilli Gift Set in Wicker Hamper

The basket is sealed with a handy chilli-ometer key ring and could be used as a picnic hamper or storage basket later. Please note - the contents may vary from the photo. Contains: Extreme Chilli Jam, Extreme Chilli Mash, Extreme Chilli Sauce, Hot 'n' Smoky BBQ Sauce, Extreme Chilli Chocolate, Scorpion Chilli Sauce, Habanero Chilli Sauce, Chilli-ometer Keyring.

Ingredients

Extreme Chilli Jam: dried Bhut Jolokia chillies, fresh Bhut Jolokia chillies, green peppers, onion, lemon puree and sugar.

Extreme Chilli Mash: Fresh & dried Bhut Jolokia chillies, habanero chillies, red peppers, cider vinegar, fresh lemon juice, salt.

Extreme Chilli Sauce: Dried Bhut Jolokia chillies (imported - 8%, equiv.50% once rehydrated), fresh Bhut Jolokia chillies (2%) red peppers (40%), spirit vinegar, salt.

Hot 'n' Smoky BBQ Sauce: tomato Paste (30%), brown sugar, molasses, spirit vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, allspice, smoked Jalapeno (Chipotle) chillies.

Extreme Chilli Chocolate: 99% (cocoa solids: 60%, sugar, soya lecithin(E322), natural vanilla), dried Bhut Jolokia chillies: 1% May contain traces of milk and nuts.

Scorpion Chilli Sauce: Fresh Scorpion chillies: 60%, spirit vinegar, salt.

Habanero Chilli Sauce: Carrot, Onion, Garlic, Cider Vinegar, Fresh Habanero chillies and dried red chillies from our farm.

Storage

Refrigerate once opened and use within 6 weeks.
