Our classic, naturally set, apple chilli jelly, flavoured with elderflowers creates this wonderful flavour combination. Try a teaspoonful on ice cream or cheesecake. Chilli Jelly is also excellent with cold meats and cheeses or how about mixing a teaspoonful into some peanut butter for a great sandwich filling or toast-topping.
Made with our home-grown apples and chillies from the farm. Our apples and chillies are hand picked and travel just a few meters to be turned into our popular jelly. You don't get fresher than that!

Apples, Sugar, Fresh Chillies, Lemon Juice and Elderflowers (filtered-out before cooking)

Storage
Refrigerate once opened and use within 6 weeks.

When I first tasted this at a food fair, I doubted that it could properly taste of elderflower. I thought, if it did taste of elderflower, surely it couldn't also have a hot chilli kick to it. I was amazed that it delivers on both in a perfect blend. I have since bought more for our household and for gifts.
I like to have it on oatcakes with butter and cheese, or with smashed avocado on wholemeal toast,
I have given it four stars rather than five, as it is a little too liquid. I would have given four and a half if I could.
Great with cheese
I love this jelly. I’m not over keen on the texture of chilli jam so this makes a great alternative. It is hot but I mix with mayo to take the heat down a notch
Delicious jelly - very hot - although nice it might be good to have two strengths - medium and hot. Great on top of English muffins with cream cheese.
