Fantastic al always, well cared for chillies. 🌶️

The most important thing is that the product is great!

However, I do have a gripe about the delivery: I didn't discover until the order was dispatched (on Monday; I had ordered on Thursday) that for reasons of freshness, orders are not dispatched durectly before the weekend. This is a good policy and makes sense, but it should have been communicated clearly before I committed to buying so that I had the option to shop elsewhere. I had even paid for express 1-2 day delivery so that it would arrive in Monday (the recipient's birthday) at the latest. After it was dispatched on Monday, it took 3 days to arrive (Thursday), so the express delivery of 1-2 days was a waste of time.

I will shop here again, because it's a great product, just be more cautious with the delivery times!
