These chillies have been grown, harvested & dried on our farm here in the UK. These Aji Red chillies have a flavour that remind us of raspberry. They are quite hot and a little goes a long way. Just pour boiling water over one or two and leave for 20 minutes or so to rehydrate, then blend or chop into your dish. These chillies are ideal with light meats such as chicken, or fish.

I just love this chilli it’s always been my favourite fresh and dried variety!
I have put the dried into my oil bottle and it gives the oil a lovely taste!
