Love the colour

Yet to try these chillies but all the produce I have previously bought from South Devon Chilli Farm has been very good quality and super tasty.

Lemony Chilli

Loved this. Perfect in a tamarind and honey blend over salmon.

Right amount of heat

Really lovely chili. Right amount of heat. Has a lemony flavor. Goes with any dish I’ve made.

Definitely Limon

I rehydrated one of these to use in salsa for poultry. Definitely a lemon hit and plenty of spice. The flavour profile was much more noticeable than with a regular chilli, will be experimenting further!

Limon Drop Hot Sauce

I made a really fruity hot sauce with 60g (destemmed) Aji Lemon Drop, Garlic, organic Cider Vinegar, Coriander seeds, Cumin seeds, a large pinch of ground Allspice and runny Honey. Blitz in a blender or use a stick blender. Rub the mush through a sieve into a clean bowl and then adjust seasoning and bottle. Discard the solids left in the sieve, or dehydrate them to make into a powder.
It’s good with chicken or fish and quite good with pork too.
