Extreme sauce: (Dried Bhut Jolokia chillies (imported - 8%, equiv.50% once rehydrated), fresh Bhut Jolokia chillies (2%) red peppers (40%), spirit vinegar, salt, water.) All other sauces: (fresh chillies (60%), spirit vinegar, salt, water.)
