Chocolate good but the chilli seeds i bought were less successful and less than in previous years

The chocolate was nice. Happily have had ordered several boxes. Over the last 8 years I have Happily ordered various chilli seeds varieties....mostly succ. This year l have been disappointed. First the number of seeds per pack is reduced and my early planting success is down by 50%. I've done everything the same as the last five years. Any explanation?

Hi Michael, we're sorry to hear that you haven't had as much success this year as previously. If you could send an email to growing@southdevonchillifarm.co.uk our growing team will be able to help you and look into why this might be. All of our seeds are vigorously germination tested, and our germination results are always 90% or more or the seeds will not be sent out.

There have been a number of stories in the news recently about seeds being imported from around the globe and issues around slavery, we're proud that all the seeds that we sell are homegrown by us on British soil and nothing is imported. As a small business we're always reviewing our practices and products and the amount of seeds which are in each packet changed a couple of years ago.

We're sorry for any disappointment caused.

Best present ever , if you like Lindt Chilli Chocolate you will absolutely love this selection !!

Bought as a Christmas present for my husband so it's not eaten yet but we have had all of these before. They are delicious, not so hot that they kill all the other flavours but enough to know there is chilli in it. My favourite is the honeycomb. Well worth the money in my opinion
