Elsa's Speedy Chilli Choc Slice

Elsa's Speedy Chilli Choc Slice

This tasty no-cook slice recipe from our Chocolatier Elsa is perfect for whipping up a quick and easy treat for afternoon tea, a picnic or a road trip!

Mix it up by using different flavours of our chilli choc – Fruit & Spice with its sultanas for added texture, or Sea Salt if you want to counteract the sweet marshmallows.

Replace the marshmallows with raisins to make the recipe veggie-friendly!

  1. Gently melt 300g of Chilli Chocolate of your choice, with 3 tablespoons of Golden Syrup and 125g butter.
  2. Add 50g of mini or chopped regular marshmallows and 200g of crushed Shortbread.
  3. Line a 18x28cm (approx.) tin with baking parchment, and press the mixture in evenly.
  4. Place in the fridge to cool for at least an hour.
  5. Slice and serve!
