These are larger than normal cherry chillies and very thick fleshed, very much like a plum tomato. These are one of our favourites, hotter than normal cherries, great for stuffing with cheese and a wonderful flavour.

Storage
Fresh chillies keep for a couple of weeks in the fridge. All chillies freeze well and slicing and pickling is another way to preserve chillies.

Excellent quality cherry bomb chillies. I love them chopped into quarters and pickled in white wine vinegar and sugar syrup. I have done this for a few years now. Beautiful flavour, very tasty in salads.
