Kashmiri chillies are prized for their deep red colour and medium-heat. They're the perfect chilli to add vibrant colour to a dish, but without the intense heat of other chilli varieties.
We have gown, harvested and dried these chillies here in Devon, using 100% renewable energy. This means that there is minimum carbon footprint associated with this product as opposed to other products in the market which are imported.
Just soak in hot water and puree, or finely chop or grind with other spices to make an authentic curry paste.

Used these in a Madras, really nice flavour suited the dish well. Hotter than expected though, so I'll have to go careful next time!
