This is the variety we grow at the farm. It produces a good crop of large (8-9cm) fruits. This is a traditional Mexican salsa chilli; they look like slender Jalapenos, but are a little hotter. The fruits grow on an upright, hairy and woody-stemmed plant that is hardier than most chilli varieties, making it a good choice for overwintering. The abundant fruits reach full size in 75 days from potting on.

Each plant is sent in its own box to keep it safe in the post and is shipped with full care instructions. The plant varieties available will change throughout the season. Plants are sent in 1Ltr (13cm) pots.

Pre-ordered plants are shipped out as soon as the plants are mature enough and have a root ball which is strong enough to cope with the shipping process.
