The Bangalore Whippet’s Tail Chilli is a productive and eye-catching variety, producing long, slender red fruits with a delicious hot heat. The fruits hang from the plant in distinctive, elongated clusters, giving this variety plenty of visual appeal as well as culinary versatility.

The plants are vigorous and productive, reaching around 90cm tall, and will benefit from staking or other support as the crop develops. 

The long red chillies are particularly well suited to drying, making them an excellent choice for creating your own dried chillies, chilli flakes or powder at home.

Pot Plant Packaging

Plants are sent in 1Ltr (13cm) pots. Each plant is securely packaged in a recyclable cardboard box. The pot is wrapped in a biodegradable plastic bag to prevent any moisture from damaging the cardboard box any soil from falling out.

Each plant is hand selected by our horticulturists and carefully packaged. The box is marked with a way up sticker to notify the courier and handlers that it contains live plant material and that it should be handled with care.
