Sivri Biber is a very mild chilli which is used extensively in Turkish cooking. The plant produces long narrow fruits which can be up to 20cm long. These chillies lend themselves well to being pickled or grilled as well as eaten raw.
The plants will need supporting especially when they start setting fruits. They are best grown in the ground or in large 5 to 10 litre pots.
