Love this sauce. Best smoky Chipotle sauce we have had!

I've used this chipotle sauce for years now. It makes ham, cheese and tomato quesadillas absolutely delicious - I mix some tabasco into it to pep it up a bit and spread it on one half of the tortilla before folding it over. The sauce is also useful to add to baked beans, for instance, to top a baked potato, or added to chicken and bean chilli. It has a flavour of its own (I don't find it heavily onion-flavoured, like one other reviewer), which is smoky and complex.

My only disappointment is that South Chilli Farm used to offer a discount when ordering 6 bottles, and that offer seems to have disappeared. Still, can't fault the sauce - it's a mainstay in our fridge.

Nice sauce, fruity, quite sweet, a bit smoky and a pleasing warmth to it. Good with cheese + crackers, or added to a burger or a wrap. The only problem is that I'm going to run out soon!
