Grow your own Serrano chillies from seed with this productive Mexican variety, perfect for fresh salsa, sauces and everyday cooking. Producing abundant 8–9cm fruits, Serranos look similar to Jalapeños but pack a little more heat. The plants are hardier than many chilli varieties, making them a good choice for overwintering.

At South Devon Chilli Farm, we grow these chillies ourselves. Our seeds are sourced from chillies grown here in Britain, germination tested and only sold when they meet our 90% germination standard.
