Grow your own Santa Fe Grande chillies from seed with this easy-to-grow, highly productive variety. A firm favourite at South Devon Chilli Farm, it produces an attractive, well-shaped bush that crops early and continues producing chillies when conditions are favourable.

The conical fruits grow to around 7cm long and are usually harvested yellow, ripening to red if left on the plant. Ready to pick in as little as 65 days from potting-on, these thick-fleshed chillies are milder than Jalapeños, with a flavour sometimes compared to melon.

Perfect for fresh salsas, pizza toppings and homemade chilli poppers, stuffed with cheese and grilled or baked.
