One of the most prized Rocoto varieties. These thick-walled fruits are sweet and very juicy and have a very unique flavour. The seeds of this variety are black. This plant can get really big if given enough space and time. They are slower growing than many other varieties and will need a long growing season to fruit and ripen. They are tolerant of cooler conditions so the plant can keep growing and fruiting well into winter. Although, they are not frost hardy.
