NuMex Orange Spice chillies produce vibrant orange pods with a crisp texture, sweet flavour and gentle heat. Originally developed by New Mexico State University, this attractive variety is as enjoyable to cook with as it is to grow.

Their mild heat and fresh, fruity flavour make them perfect for salads, stir-fries, pizzas, salsas and roasting, adding both colour and a subtle kick to your favourite dishes.
