Guajillo Plant

A classic, mild-heat, American/New Mexican chilli. Traditionally dried when red and used throughout Mexico as a base for rich salsas, mole recipes and sauces.

They add a complex fruity flavor with little burn. Add other chilies to increase the heat.

Heat level: Heat: 3,000 to 5,000 Scoville Heat Units.

Packaging & Shipping Information

Plants are sent in 1Ltr (13cm) pots. Each plant is securely packaged in a recyclable cardboard box. The pot is wrapped in a biodegradable plastic bag to prevent any moisture from damaging the cardboard box any soil from falling out.

Each plant is hand selected by our horticulturists and carefully packaged. The box is marked with a way up sticker to notify the courier and handlers that it contains live plant material and that it should be handled with care.
