A similar habit to the Long Slim Cayenne, but the prolific fruits mature to a golden yellow colour. Golden Cayenne fruit are excellent for cooking or fresh eating in salsa and sauces, or dried and ground into a unique, golden yellow powder.

Harvest: Pick when the fruits have reached their maximum size. Fruits ripen from green to yellow.

Size: Plants can grow quite large to about 70cm tall and will require support.

Packaging & Shipping Information

Plants are sent in 1Ltr (13cm) pots. Each plant is securely packaged in a recyclable cardboard box. The pot is wrapped in a biodegradable plastic bag to prevent any moisture from damaging the cardboard box any soil from falling out.

Each plant is hand selected by our horticulturists and carefully packaged. The box is marked with a way up sticker to notify the courier and handlers that it contains live plant material and that it should be handled with care.
