Hold your own Chilli Challenge with our specially chosen bags of chillies in varying heats. We offer a 4-level challenge or a 7-level challenge. This collection is a 7-level challenge and contains 5 fruits for each of the different heat levels. Enough chillies for 5 competitors.

Each bag of chillies is marked with a number and the name of the chilli; the higher the number, the more the heat!

The 7-level bag currently contains:

5x Hot Wax - approx. 2,000 SHUs
5x Jalapeño - approx. 6,000 to 8,000 SHUs
5x Serrano - approx. 40,000 SHUs
5x Aji Limon - approx. 60,000 SHUs

Storage

Fresh chillies keep for a couple of weeks in the fridge. All chillies freeze well and slicing and pickling is another way to preserve chillies.

Selection of the challenge could have been a bit better but I enjoyed them and used all the chillies for various reasons so no complaints. The chillies were fresh and stayed fresh for longer that expected

Quality as ever..

Every fruit from these guys in quality condition. My daughter had issues with the jalapeño and I took a rest avoiding the Reaper so we aren't the best judges of heat 🙂 Used sdcf for some years and will continue to do so. Recommended.
