Hold your own Chilli Challenge with our specially chosen bags of chillies in varying heats. We offer a 4-level challenge or a 7-level challenge. This collection is a 7-level challenge and contains 5 fruits for each of the different heat levels. Enough chillies for 5 competitors.

Each bag of chillies is marked with a number and the name of the chilli; the higher the number, the more the heat!

The 7-level bag currently contains: 

1. 5x Hot Wax - approx. 2,000 SHUs
2. 5x Jalapeño - approx. 6,000 to 8,000 SHUs
3. 5x Serrano - approx. 40,000 SHUs
4. 5x Aji Limon - approx. 60,000 SHUs
5. 5x Ring of Fire - approx. 70,000 to 80,000 SHUs
6. 5x Bhut Jolokia - approx. 800,000 to 1.2 million SHUs
7. 5x Reaper - approx. 1.8 to 2.2 million SHUs

Note that the variety of fruits can change throughout the season depending on what is available.

Storage

Fresh chillies keep for a couple of weeks in the fridge. All chillies freeze well and slicing and pickling is another way to preserve chillies.
