Our Extreme Chilli Jam is our hottest jam, crafted for true chilli lovers and packed with both fresh and dried Bhut Jolokia (Ghost Pepper) chillies for an immediate hit of heat followed by a long-lasting fiery finish. Made with our home-grown Devon chillies, it delivers serious spice without sacrificing flavour.

Based on the recipe of our award-winning Classic Chilli Jam, we've swapped the sweet red peppers for green peppers and added an extra punch of Bhut Jolokia to create a rich, sweet and savoury chilli jam with exceptional heat. The result is a bold and versatile condiment that's perfect for burgers, sausages, cheese, cold and hot meats, barbecue dishes and marinades.

Note: this Chilli Jam is part of our Extreme range because it is extremely hot for a jam, however the heat level doesn't quite reach that of the other sauces in the Extreme range! There is no chilli extract in this product.
