Our Extreme Chilli Jam is packed with both fresh and dried Bhut Jolokia chillies for a longer and more immediate heat sensation! The Extreme Chilli Jam is cooked using a recipe which is similar to our best selling classic Chilli Jam; the mild red peppers have been replaced with green peppers and there is an additional chilli punch - courtesy of the Bhut Jolokia chilli! (aka. Ghost chilli or Naga chilli).

Note: this Chilli Jam is part of our Extreme range because it is extremely hot for a jam, however the heat level doesn't quite reach that of the other sauces in the Extreme range! There is no chilli extract in this product. Heat Rating: 7/10. Glass jar with tamper-evident lid.

Dried Bhut Jolokia chillies, fresh Bhut Jolokia chillies, green peppers, onion, lemon puree and sugar.

Storage

Refrigerate once opened and use within 6 weeks.
