Dried Bullet (imported)
These dried Bullet chillies are fragrant and fruity, with a medium to hot heat.
Although not currently grown by us, we’ve carefully selected them for our range as they’re so popular in cooking we didn’t want you to miss out.
To use, simply rehydrate in warm water for around 15–20 minutes before chopping, tearing or blending into your dishes. They’re especially good in Asian-style cooking, adding a gentle heat and depth of flavour to stir-fries, soups and sauces.
