Start a spicy global adventure in your kitchen with our Dried Aji Red Chillies, a Peruvian variety with a fruity flavour that’s reminiscent of raspberry. They carry a good level of heat, so a little goes a long way.
To use, simply pour boiling water over one or two chillies and leave to rehydrate for around 20 minutes, then blend or chop into your dish. Their bright, fruity character works especially well with lighter meats such as chicken and fish.
Try adding them to fajitas, tacos, or sauces for a gentle but distinctive heat, or use them in one of our recipes such as Chilli Oil – South Devon Chilli Farm
These chillies have been grown, harvested & dried on our farm here in Devon.
