De Arbol Plant

De Arbol are hotter than our jalapeños, but not quite as hot as Cayenne peppers. Their distinctive flavor, particularly when dried (how they are most often used), is slightly nutty and smoky.

Widely used in Mexican cooking, especially when dry. They can also be used in Asian dishes as a Thai-style chilli.
