As well as using as a dip, why not try as a pasta sauce, a pizza topping, with cheese and crackers or with eggs. How about making your own Nachos - add a little salsa to a pile of tortilla chips on a grill pan or shallow oven proof dish, top with grated cheese and pop under the grill until the cheese melts - yum! Glass jar with tamper-evident lid.

Ingredients

Chopped tomato, sweet red peppers, onion, garlic, white-wine vinegar, sugar, fresh Jalapeno chillies and a pinch of salt.

A unique tasty salsa

This is a very rich and fruity salsa, with a slight sweetness
I use this salsa for baked nacho’s and my family and friends love it….. much better result than standard salsa from a supermarket.
I personally prefer the Smokey version more but both are great.

Just gorgeous!

I had never been a fan of Salsa until I tasted this at a sampling session at the chilli farm. It has a wonderfully balanced fresh flavour and whilst I enjoy hot spicy foods this cool version of Salsa is just gorgeous.
We eat it with all sorts of things, as a dip with breaded chicken, with crackers or crisps or in a sandwich with grated cheese.
