Peruvian - a delightfully zingy South American chilli sauce that goes brilliantly with all cuisines! 

Piri Piri - A classic, tangy marinade with a gentle kick, perfect for chicken, veg or anything that needs a lift.

Jalapeno - Fresh, green and easy-going heat. Great with tacos, pizza, or drizzled over just about anything.

Cherry Bomb - Mild to medium heat with a bright, slightly sweet edge. A vibrant red sauce that brings a bit of life to everyday meals.

Ingredients

Extreme sauce: (Dried Bhut Jolokia chillies (imported - 8%, equiv.50% once rehydrated), fresh Bhut Jolokia chillies (2%) red peppers (40%), spirit vinegar, salt, water.)

All other sauces: (fresh chillies (60%), spirit vinegar, salt, water.)

Storage
