An attractive and tasty habanero that is apricot coloured and very mild. It has a very fruity flavour and aroma and can even taste a bit like an apricot. The plant produces smooth elongated pods that can be up to 5cm long and 2 to 3cm wide. The fruits are crunchy and are delicious in salads. It is a perfect chilli for anyone who is not tolerant of hotter chillies
The plants will need supporting especially when they start setting fruits. They can be grown in pots or directly in the ground. Minimum pot size is 2 litres.

Had lots of success with a couple of types of jalapenos and one other chilli in soil under a humidity dome at around 25 deg, but these habaneros were extremely stubborn and only 1 sprouted this way out of 8. Eventually had more success by leaving them wrapped in wet paper towels in the same environment, and only planting after they started sprouting. Still only 3 out of 6 though so not great.
