The Aleppo Pepper Chilli Plant is a superb variety for cooks who appreciate rich chilli flavour with a more moderate level of heat. Originally associated with Aleppo in Syria, these chillies are prized for their fruity, slightly smoky character and are traditionally used throughout Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine.

The attractive fruits ripen from green to a deep red and are particularly well suited to drying and grinding into chilli flakes or powder. With its excellent flavour and versatile culinary uses, Aleppo Pepper is a fantastic addition to any home-grown chilli collection.
