Ingredients
- 80g Ginger & Lime Chilli Chocolate bar, roughly chopped
- 100g roasted cashew nuts
- 75g almonds
- 75g pecans
- 50g dried mango, chopped
- 50g dried pineapple pieces
- 40g crystallised ginger, chopped
- 30g coconut chips
- 30g pumpkin seeds
- 20g toasted macadamia nuts (optional)
- Finely grated zest of 1 lime
Method
- Combine the nuts, dried fruit, coconut chips and pumpkin seeds in a large bowl.
- Stir through the chopped crystallised ginger and lime zest.
- Add the chopped Ginger & Lime Chilli Chocolate and gently toss to distribute evenly.
- Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
Serving Suggestions
Perfect for hiking, road trips, afternoon snacking or sprinkled over yoghurt and ice cream. For an extra Caribbean-inspired touch, add a handful of dried banana chips or toasted plantain crisps.
