Bespoke Product Creation
Our team have over 25 years of experience cooking and developing recipes with our British chillies - if you are looking for a sauce, jam or chocolate that we don't currently offer and would like to develop your own recipe with us, we can do this too!
The following are just a few things to bear in mind when it comes to bespoke product creation with South Devon Chilli Farm:
Order Volumes & Costs

We start with micro-batches and work up to full-scale recipes, there is a cost for each iteration starting from around £400.

There are additional costs for label administration & bar code generation. There may be other ad hoc costs applied depending on the details of your order.
- Minimum order volume will be a single batch of the product created - this could be from 200-400 jars/bottles depending on the recipe. We can make multiple batches but you must commit to each entire batch.
Labelling Requirements

We ask that you provide your own label artwork for your products. These will need to be supplied in their final version and in a standard vector format. The label will need to include the requisite nutritional & size/quantity information etc., which we can supply you with in addition to the label sizes.

We require that either our company logo or business name is referenced on your label artwork.

We require final design approval on all labels.

We will provide competitive quotes from our usual printers and will pass this on at cost to you.
Packaging

We can supply products in our standard jar/bottle/pack sizes only. Any different size packaging requirements can be discussed and may be able to be facilitated, at your own cost.
Order Lead Time
- Lead time will vary and depends upon label requirements, ingredient availability and the number of recipe iterations made to arrive at the final product. You should allow 2 months at least and ideally longer.
