Beans in Mole

Ingredients:

One portion of the Red Mole Paste recipe,
One portion of Basic Beans,

Preparation:

Mix together, add some water (depending on how dry the mixture is) bring to the boil, then turn the heat right down and cook for about 30 minutes until the sauce is thick and the beans are well coated.

Check the seasoning and perhaps add a little honey - the idea is to produce a mellow sauce rather than a sweet one.
